Politica di rimborso e resi<\/h1>\n\n

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or a replacement for the product. <\/p>\n\n

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n

Certain categories of products are excluded from the right of return. In particular, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept returns of personal or intimate hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. <\/p>\n\n

To complete the returns process, you must present your receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n

Please do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n\n

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item.<\/p>\n\n

We will then let you know the outcome of your refund request, informing you whether it has been approved or rejected.<\/p>\n\n

If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to the credit card or payment method used for the purchase within a few working days.<\/p>\n\n

Late or missing refunds<\/h2>\n\n

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.<\/p>\n\n

Refunds are available only for items purchased at full price.<\/p>\n\n

We only replace items that are faulty or damaged.<\/p>\n\n

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.<\/p>\n\n

Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.<\/p>\n\n

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who bought the gift chose to have the order sent to them so they could pass it on to you later, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.<\/p>\n\n
